Printer/Ribbon Labels: Yes. Awarding Ribbons only top the TOP 1st-6th place of each EVENT. Heat winner prizes are distributed for each heat. 

Concessions: Concessions will be located inside Mounts Bay Rec Center Club House. The Shark Shack will sell hot dogs, chicken salad sandwiches and wraps, Italian subs, hummus bowls, nachos, pretzels, drinks (sports drinks, water, soda), chips & snacks, candy, and cookies. We accept cash and Credit Card, SQUARE POS, Venmo and Zelle Payments Polar Snow shaved ice truck will be at the meet. 

Team Set Up/What to Bring: Your team is welcome to set up on the far side of the pool (closest to Mounts Bay Road). It is very sunny so feel free to bring tents and chairs. 

Warm-ups: Home team at 5:00pm. Away team at 5:30pm. 

Volunteer Check-in will take place at the main entrance of the pool. Feel free to use this area to check in your volunteers. Volunteer meeting/timer meeting will be at 5:45pm by entrance of pool. 

Clerk of Course: Will be set up under the pergola near the blocks. Scorers and Ribbons will be inside the clubhouse. Please use the side door by the pool entrance to get in. Our team will award ribbons 1st through 6th place based on time. Thereafter, we will award the winner of each heat a heat winner prize. KM Shark Logo is for entry into the Kingsmill gate. Each driver please show the guard gate the logo Attached.
