Congratulations FLYERS – what a season – but we aren’t done!

1.Awards Meet:

a. Swimmers – 10 and under will be in the am and 11 and older in the afternoon. Dillon will be sharing exact times for warmups etc. in the next few days.

b. Volunteers - These roles are critical to the meet being able to run. I personally don't have children swimming in Awards but will be volunteering as I know how important it is. c. Here are the roles needed in the am and pm:

1. Line up - as it sounds you get our amazing Flyers kiddos lined up and ready to swim in their event.

2. Timers - push the timer button and get the times these kiddos are swimming

3. Stroke and turn – Jose is on it!

2. End of season party SUNDAY 8/4 from 5pm – 8pm – When asked why we weren’t doing this on Sunday so that more families and coaches could attend I didn’t have a good answer and we decided to move the event to Sunday at the pool and pavilion. Please RSVP on SwimTopia no later than 8/2 so we know how much pizza to order. We also need to track guests as well and any gluten free preferences.

We also have VOLUNTEER spots! Starting early afternoon to get the team equipment in storage to decorating, getting ice and also of course serving pizza and cleaning up. Please sign up on SwimTopia.
