Hey there, Flyers!

Just one more day of school for some of us—and it’s definitely starting to feel like summer!

A huge shoutout to all of you amazing folks who’ve already snagged a volunteer shift (or two). Way to kick off the season like champs!

Now, if you ran into SwimTopia glitches earlier—you’re not alone. I told the other team presidents that it was our Flyer families rushing to sign up and we overloaded the system. Good news: it’s back up and running smoothly!

We still have lots of volunteer spots open, and with over 150 swimmers declared, we know we’ve got plenty of awesome parents to fill them. Just head to the Job Signup under Events (see below) to claim your spot:

From there, you’ll see everything that’s still available to help our meets run like clockwork.

Don’t forget! Be sure to declare your swimmer(s) if they’re planning to compete. Coach Dillon will be sending a reminder, and there’s also a step-by-step guide under Resources for all our new families.
