Hello Flyers Families,

Can you believe it? Tomorrow is our last regular season meet—and we are undefeated once again! But standing between us and a perfect season is our toughest competition yet: the Klams.

Just as we’re asking our swimmers to bring their fastest strokes and strongest team spirit, I’m asking all of YOU to do the same. Right now, we have way too many open volunteer slots—and we need your help to finish this season the way we started it: together and on top.

We still need:

• Ribbons volunteers (bonus: it’s in the A/C!)
• Timers (meets don’t run without them!)
• Clerk of Course (a well-run Clerk helps the meet fly by)

Please step up one last time for this regular season. Let’s show the Klams that last year’s undefeated season wasn’t a fluke—it was the start of a Flyers legacy.

Meet Details:

Address: 100 Red Maple Place, Williamsburg, VA 23185

Parking: In the large field in front of the pool or along Spring Road (please avoid the Marywood Playground area)

Concessions: Full concessions available – cash and Venmo accepted

Looking ahead: 

1. Declare your swimmers for Awards: due no later than Tuesday 7/22. There will be volunteer spots for this meet as well.  I still need a volunteer coordinator for the afternoon session.  Spots will be confirmed and posted on SwimTopia.  If your child is swimming it is understood you will volunteer. 

2. End of season party 8/3 at 5:30pm: RSVP is open (for you and your family) and volunteers spots are open. It will be at the club house and pool.  We will start off with food (pizza - GF options available), award presentations by our amazing coaches, and some fun in the pool as a team one last time for the 2025 season -- oh and cake!
