Hello Flyers!

As always, these meets don’t run on magic—they run on volunteers. Many of you have already met (and exceeded!) your volunteer requirements, and we are so grateful. But just like we ask our swimmers to give their all and not just meet the minimum, we’re asking the same from our amazing Flyers families. Let’s finish strong—together!

We still need a few critical roles filled to ensure the meet runs smoothly and fulfill our VPSU team requirement:

2 Morning Clerk of Course (11 & Over)

Work with other teams to help get swimmers to the blocks on time. This role is split into manageable shifts—grab one and go!

1 Afternoon Clerk of Course (10 & Under)

Same role, different session. Help keep our youngest swimmers organized and ready. Also split into shifts.

1 PM Deck Marshal

Stay cool in the AC and help keep the deck safe and orderly. Bonus: this role includes a chair although you might get splashed from time to time.
